Chubby cheeks & silly smiles…
I love children. I always have. I am finding myself more and more intrigued with photographing them than I ever imagined. I have always enjoyed following my own two children around with my camera. It’s so free and effortless because I know them so well, and have all the time in the world to study them and capture those perfect moments. But the challenge of really finding a connection and understanding with a child I don’t know very well or not at all is so fun! I had a wonderful time with these three cuties running around, being goofy, and watching them let their personalities shine. Cameron is so sweet. He was so much fun and so playful, he started jumping in front of my lens as I shot photos with a huge grin that could melt your heart. Hannah was pure giggles. She was up to a little mischief & it was great. Then there is chubby little Christian who is just ridiculous. Those baby rolls are too much to handle!
Love those smiles! Thank you so much to the Royalty family for such a fun evening shoot!
In the woods….
The Hilton family…
What’s more fun than having friends at the cabin? Taking their family photos at the cabin! It’s just perfect weather here, and of course it’s beautiful. I love how all these turned out, they have a magical element to them that can only happen in nature.
Thanks Megan, Shane, Carter, and Ruby for visiting us! We had fun!
Sneak peak of Davis’s 9 month shoot……
This little guy just melts me every time! His mom Jeannie is my most loyal client. She is such a great mom and always makes sure to document the important stuff! Davis is now 9 months old, and he sure has grown since last time. I couldn’t be more excited about how these photos turned out! They capture his little personality so well. He was very into tasting anything he could get his hands on, and I mean anything! Rocks….sticks….the golf balls his mom brought since his daddy loves to golf…his fingers! I love his face….and his big brown eyes. Thank-you Davis for being so adorable!
Sealed for all eternity…….
I really love photography. I love taking photos of moments that won’t last forever, but that we want to remember forever. This shoot was one that really touched me. This is the Manning family. They were sealed to their newest child Jessie and of course big sister Emma was present for the occasion as well! They both had such a sweet presence and Emma obviously is just as gorgeous as can be! Even Grandma got to be in a few photos! The love they all had for each other was contagious and I am so grateful I was able to be a small part of their special day. Congratulations to their forever family!
“All because two people fell in love”
{Tarwater family reunion}
This family is full of personality! I had so much fun capturing their love for each other so they could remember their family reunion for years to come. We did group shots, individual shots, Grandparent with Grandkids shots, candids. It was so much fun and I love the images we got!
Tarwater family, thanks for being so much fun and there are over 70 that I am sending over!! We beat the heat, hands down.
Cameron…..
I did another senior shoot last week and had the pleasure of meeting Cameron, an already graduated adorable guy who is heading to BYU Hawaii in a few weeks! Lucky him. He was awesome and brought his skateboard, toyota truck, and mom along for the shoot. Thanks Callie and Cameron, it was hot…but it was fun!
Just turned 8!!
Regan is the sweetest, most mature little eight year old I’ve come across. She just turned eight and is getting ready to be baptized as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She looked just beautiful in her white fancy dress, and I am sure once everyone see’s her in it on her invitation they will come running to be there! Thanks to Regan for being such a perfect model! Here are a few of the photos so far…..
Seth + Sierra
We had the privledge of attending Seth and Sierra’s wedding last night! It was beautiful! They are a sweet couple and our kids adore them. I literally had 5 minutes after their photographer was finished with them to snap a few photos so that they could enlarge one for the reception. It was rushed, but being crunched for time sometimes works out. It got me excited to maybe do a wedding?!
Here’s the one they printed 20 x 30 and framed. It was so fun to help out with this, and setting up. I’ve never been so much a part of the behind the scenes before. Congrats to the happy couple! We love you guys!
