Photography is something that has been a constant in my life. I remember the Christmas I got my first Nikon 35mm; I spent the rest of the day outside on my Grandma’s farm taking photos with my black and white film. My dad used to tease me about how many cloud pictures I had piled in my room, or when I’d get my sisters all dressed up for a “shoot.” Having my two children was a pivotal step in my photography as well. Children are so inspiring to me, their personalities are so unpredictable and unique. I just love watching them discover all the little things and catching those candid moments. It is not only photographing people that I am interested in. I am a total foodie and love taking a photo that is mouthwatering, I also enjoy nature and macro shots. I have been told many times that I notice things that others would just walk right by. I love finding those things, getting real close, and finding beauty in the unpredictable.
